Building to a clear vision
Recognising the growth potential within the sector, Waterfield Hill began its acquisition journey in July 2022 with the purchase of DB Specialist Joinery. The business was later rebranded as DBSJ following the introduction of fit-out and design service offerings, providing a strong platform for entry into the fit-out sector with a particular focus on the rapidly expanding flex office market. This quickly led to collaborations with global workspace provider IWG, supporting the rollout of their Regus, Spaces, and Signature brands – including the flagship Signature location at Battersea Power Station.
In November 2023, Waterfield Hill expanded further with the acquisition of Denne Joinery, a high-quality joinery company with more than 220 years of proud heritage, an impressive client portfolio, and a world-class manufacturing facility, positioning the group for accelerated growth. This momentum continued in July 2024 with the acquisition of Design I.D., a leading architectural and interior design consultancy specialising in the hospitality sector.
